Our Founder

Philip Patrick serves as CEO/Founder of Four Leaf Strategies LLC.  Mr. Patrick has helped startup and blue chip organizations achieve fantastic growth and success.  Most recently, Mr Patrick founded, grew, and sold PharmaStrat Inc, a four-time Inc 5000 winner as one of the fastest growing consulting firms in America.

As CEO of PharmaStrat, Mr. Patrick led an industry-leading consulting firm specializing in biopharmaceuticals and emerging medical technologies.  As a division of Decision Resources Group, PharmaStrat continues to assist most of the major pharmaceutical companies with product development and commercialization strategies.  Mr. Patrick was named by PharmaVoice magazine as one of the top 100 most inspiring leaders in the pharmaceutical industry.

Mr Patrick developed unique methods of recruiting, compensating, and retaining the talented Consulting staff for PharmaStrat, including innovative profit sharing, transparency, and organizational alignment.  He has tremendous experience creating a workplace environment that creates spirit and fun, while achieving outstanding results on complex analytic projects for blue-chip clients.

Mr. Patrick’s professional career also includes experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing for Wyeth, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, and Procter & Gamble. Mr Patrick also served as Marketing Director for four years at IMS HEALTH, the leading pharmaceutical consulting in America.

Phil’s educational background includes a successful Plebe (freshman) year at the US Military Academy at West Point and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University where as a Senior he served as Student Body President.  He earned his MBA is from Columbia University Business School in May 1992.  Mr. Patrick has also completed post-graduate studies at Harvard Business School with a particular focus on global best practices for the growth and management of Professional Service Firms.

Mr Patrick lives in Flemington NJ and has three teenage daughters.  He is active with the NJ Entrepreneur Organization, the Inc Business Owners Council, the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, the Educational Foundation of Flemington, and a variety of volunteer endeavors.
